Over the past 9 years  working in the health and fitness realm,  I've developed expertise in strength and conditioning training, mobility, nutrition, and evidence-based psychological techniques like cognitive-behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing that puts each client at the forefront of my person centred approach.

I work with the understanding that your physical health, mental well-being, and daily habits are all connected. Together, we'll build a sustainable relationship with food, movement, and self-care that actually fits your life.
