Hi, I'm Jessica.

With 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry my expertise spans areas such as strength and conditioning training, nutrition ,cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.

​

My coaching model encompasses a multifaceted approach to address the interconnected aspects of physical health, mental well-being, and behaviour patterns. I aim to help clients develop a holistic and sustainable relationship with food, exercise, and overall self-care.

My methodology is tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and challenges. I believe in empowering clients with the tools and strategies necessary to navigate their personal journeys effectively, rather than providing one-size-fits-all solutions.

As an accredited Level 1 nutrition coach with one of the world leading nutrition coaching services, Precision Nutrition, I deconstruct your nutrition habits and food behaviours to formulate a protocol to suit your lifestyle, improve your health and relationship with food, and get you results.

Online Training 

Tailored to those with busy schedules, children, or demanding careers. Also suitable for individuals who need specific health behaviour coaching without the 1-2-1 aspect and need help fine tuning their lifestyle to optimise their health, fitness, and body.

Real Experiences, Real Results

Since joining Jess last September I am in a much happier, healthier, and in a stronger state of mind. Having a coach as supportive as Jess ripples through the rest of your life. Apart from feeling more mentally well, I have lost over 20 pounds in weight, my arms have definition for the first time in my life and going from a non-runner I am now training for a half marathon. The strength training on my legs have enabled me to take to running in a way I thought wasn't possible for me. I cannot recommend highly enough!
